Puffy cloud over Black Hill

Started and finished yesterday on Black Hill (Mountain?) - first with an early morning MTB ride with my brother around the perimeter and then to the summit. Later that night, hiked it in the dark to try some long-exposure photography - this cloud was capturing lights of distant SLO over 25 seconds (scene was virtually black to the naked eye).
