Drunk girl with umbrella at Santa Monica beach

We were walking along a sand bank caused by storm erosion on the path from Santa Monica to Venice Beach, when I came across this apparently drunk woman (at 11 am) with an umbrella, weirdly dance-rolling around on the edge of the bank.
