Cell Block #1, Idaho State Penitentiary

Idaho State Penitentiary, standard four-bed cell block. In the 1930s, prisoners would find small ways to personalize the look of their cells with paint and found objects, sometimes with humor centered around the exposed shared toilet. Awkward angles because I had to shoot through the bars, and the straight view was blocked by the solid cell door.
